Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during the job.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled directly outside of the website. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.
4. Appointments and Access
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the work area. Pets and any hazards must be secured before our arrival. Cancellation terms may be discussed at the time of scheduling.
